Pastry: Flour (Wheat (Gluten)), Pastry Fat, Salt, Sugar, Water, Custard: Cream, Milk, Egg White & Yolk, Salt, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Filling: Bacon, Cheddar Cheese (Cow’s Milk, Calcium Chloride, Saltpetre, Salt, Cheese Starter culture, Non-animal rennet, Annatto), Onion
Cooking Instructions:
Bake directly from frozen (FREEZER TO OVEN). Quiche should be firm to the touch, could be a little wobbly but no liquid must be present.

Place in oven at 170°C and bake for 10 min, drop temp to 150°C and bake for a further 10-15 min.
